Removing Twitter Feed/Replacing footer text

Good Morning,

I recently purchased the bakery theme for a project. I’m having difficulties removing the twitter feed and making other modifications (replacing call for reservation with “call for appointment”).

I tried editing the theme manually through sublime text, however when downloading the theme via FTP, the files do not reflect the changes I made on WordPress. I tried looking in “index-default.php”, not sure if this is the right file. It shows the default template, instead of the most recent content added by me

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance>Theme Options>Save the options.

Your changes will start reflecting.

Go to appearance>widgets>footer widget 4 and drag and drop a blank text widget.

It will be removed.

Thx! That worked, is there a way to replace the word “Reservation” with the word “Appointment in the footer. Also how do I get rid of “Discover more” on the main slider?

Yes kindly go to Appearance>Editor>footer.php and search for reservation. Change it to Appointment.

I love the Bakery Pro Theme but for a few tweeks. One of which is how do we change the size of the Footer Info (company name and address etc) so that it does not overlap to 2 lines on the page? I understand where to input the info on the Appearance > Theme Options, and I assume there should be some coding able to be done under CSS or in the Footer.php
please assist.
