remove the footer

Please advice how to remove the footer which includes about us , tweets and contact details. We are using the SKT Corp Theme

Hi,

Footer is widgetized so you can go to appearance>widgets and add your own widgets to replace the default ones.

Please note that in the widgets there is only blog sidebar and recent tweets and in both text widget is placed
Please check the website agroup.qa the footer does not show on in agroup.qa/jobs the footer show

please give instructions how to remove the footer as there is no footer widget to add text

Hi,

We can’t selectively remove footer. If i give you CSS instruction on how to remove footer it will get removed from whole website.

Hope i am making sense. Yes i know there is no footer widget for these 2 sections: about us and contact us and only for twitter feed hence i said you can manage them via appearance>theme options>footer which has the about us and contact us text you can change the text from there and have anything you want.

Hi Fadi,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

#footer, #copyright{display:none;}
