Reiki Pro – Theme Visually not working

Hi, I’ve installed my theme into my site. Done my dns and everything. That all seems to be working. I’ve been able to set up my menu. But I don’t see the theme. I was hoping that with purchasing a theme, there would be the visual bones for the website there and I amend it. Is this the case? Or do I have to create the entire website from scratch?

Even when I’ve done the menu on the side, there is no example on the right. Also, anything I publish doesn’t come up either. Nothing seems to be working at all.

Needing help please. Also, I can’t reply to my forum questions or my email questions. Any chance someone can ring me or email me normally please? thanks
