Product images not visible when responsive

Hi,

I have the SKT Black v3.0 pro them installed;
Wordpress v5.5.1;
and the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” Plugin v1.0.1 installed.

Product images (main & gallery) are not visible on tablets and phones but they display ok on a PC. I have tried this in developer mode on the PC, from within the theme ‘customize’ preview and on actual devices all with the same result.

I have searched for any kind of responsive setting within the theme settings I might need to change and drawn a blank.

I have changed the theme to Twenty Seventeen, Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Twenty, product images and gallery both display correctly using these themes.

Is this a bug? or am I missing a setting somewhere?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customizer >> Basic >> Custom CSS Box:
@media screen and (max-width:72.438em) and (min-width:29.938em) {
.header{float:none;}
}
