Product columns on the online store page

We have a problem with the online store page (https://www.opticagracia.com/tienda-online/). We have the page configured so that there are five columns and a total of 15 products. But instead of having 5 columns and 3 rows, all the products appear in a single row.

New information on this issue.

If we go to the online shop page (https://www.opticagracia.com/en/tienda-online/) the products appear correctly in 5 columns and 3 rows, as configured.

The problem occurs when we go to the page of a category of products, for example sunglasses (https://www.opticagracia.com/en/categoria-producte/ulleres-de-sol/).
So all 15 products appear on a single line.

In addition, there is also a problem with the display of the related products that appear under the product file.
There are 8 related products in the same row, when 4 columns and 2 rows should appear (4 products per row).

I hope this information is helpful in finding a solution to the problem.
