Problems plugin dissapaers in footer

Hello,

I’m using two plugins, a notification bar and a whatsapp chat button. On mobile devices they work fine. On desktop computer they don’t. I’ve placed them in the bottom so they scroll while visitor is scrolling each page. On desktop they are almost hidden behind the copyright footer. Could you help mewith custom CSS? NOTE: The notification bar shows up after 30 seconds.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#qlwapp.qlwapp-bottom-right { z-index:9999999999;}
.nx-bar.nx-customize-style-3986.theme-three { z-index: 9999999999;}
