Problem with updating plug ins

Could you please assist me

The domain www.stilbaaitourism.co.za does not allow me to update the plugin supsystic

This web site has the Gallery by Supsytic and the Slider by Supsystic

When I update these plugins the web site then does not work

I have created your own login details

I am not the web designer, only assist, but I need to sort this out for the client

If you could maybe see if you can see the problem or maybe send me what I need to do

This domain also had an issue a couple of months ago

Your support team managed to fix it as well

I would really appreciate it if you could assist

We have a lot of clients with new word press web sites and all of them use this plug in

Not all of them give the error when I update the plugins
