Hi,
Web: htttps://www.publieco.info
On this web page I installed the plugin font awesome and I have uploaded two fonts (publieco and publiecob) to use in the texts of the web.
Initially it worked correctly and the texts of the web were seen with the correct type of letter but for a few days it has stopped working. Currently the texts and titles of the web are seen in a type of letter that is not correct.
What could be the problem? Can you check it?
Currently the web is under construction. I have sent the access data through the contact form so you can access and review.
Thank you very much for your help!!
Best regards,

Can you send us the screenshot of your issues?

Of course!
Screenshot:
You can see the text of the web and the code. The code correctly indicates that the font is “publieco” but the texts appear in another type of letter.
The strangest thing is that it worked correctly until a few days ago.
I have tried to disable the cache plugin, to disable the minification options of css and html, but it has not worked.

DaveMay 22, 2019 at 1:51 pm #123801Hi Dave,
I know that Publieco is not a Google font. It is an external font. Our client has asked us to use this typeface for their website.
As we have already done in other websites (for example in bombollesmagiques.com) we use the plugin font awesome that allows you to upload fonts and use them on the web. This plugin always works very well for us.
In fact, the website publieco.info worked perfectly until a couple of days ago when we realized that the texts with the correct font were not displayed.
Even with Elementor we have the option of using these external sources, but even if we select them, the texts come out with another typeface.
We do not know if it is a configuration or CSS problem. The strangest thing is that it worked correctly until a few days ago and now, we do not know why, it has stopped working.
Can it be due to the WordPress update or some plugin (for example TinyMce)?
I hope you can guide us on this matter or, alternatively, suggest an alternative to use external fonts in the texts of the web.
Thank you!!

In the end we have been able to fix it and now correctly load the external fonts.
