Problem with customize themes after wordpress uodate

Hi,
I have followed all the steps which you recommend to fix Customizer themes after wordpress update like:
1. Download the latest theme
2. activate some other theme
3. delete the old theme
4. upload the new theme
But i realized this problem is still there with all the customizer themes.
Cannot see anything properly when clicked on Appearance>Customize.
I tested it with dual and flat theme and results are same, no success.
and i also clicked on Appearance>Customize on other 8 themes with customizer and all still have same issue with wordpress update.

Can you please check that you have update my account with these new updated themes.
Please solve this problem.
