Problem size imagen shop

I had problems trying to reduce the size of the photographs displayed in the store,
I resized thumbnails, changed the original photographs and modified sizes in section woocoomerce, It is practically everything that crossed my mind, however only achievement worsen resolutions, but the sizes are the same, in view of mobile is a normal aspect, but in view desk are giants, even change the columns 3 to 4 to display products.
as I read in forums, peude duty is a theme implemented aspect of the topic, which overwrites the dictates sizes in WooCommerce via css or some function.
I would appreciate any ideas that can help me

as you can see in the video, the proportion of the product image is quite large and have not managed to make it better.
