    Dear SKT,

    I want to buy all themes that cost $199 but still confused with monthly fee $39, what does it mean this monthly fee, can I pay one time, which is $199 only?

    Hi Vamik,

    Sorry for delayed response as we were on holiday due to Holi festival.

    $39 is yearly and optional fee. You can either pay for it or not for getting access to more themes after 1 year as well as support. The themes currently present in our store and their updates you will get free for lifetime in the $199.
