I recently purchased Spirited Pro theme and it will not allow me to add plugins. I have no “ADD” button.
It says it recommends I add Shortcodes Ultimate but when I try to add it fails.
March 28, 2017 at 5:18 pm #67090I need to install the following plugins for this site. (Spirited Pro theme) Is this possible?
Membee Login Plugin
WordPress Access Control Plugin
Capability Manager PluginI do not see an Add button to add anything under plugins.
March 29, 2017 at 11:41 am #67274Hi Robin,
Its a User Role Restrictions issue. It seems that you don’t have permission to install plugins.

DaveMarch 29, 2017 at 1:22 pm #67318How do I fix. I have logged in as the main site admin and still can’t install. I now have the “Add” button but all plugins fail. I get the error message….Installation failed: Could not create directory.

DaveMarch 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm #67327This did not help me since….
1. I am listed as an admin. I have logged in as the other admin and still no luck.
2. As far as I know I am self hosted. At least I am paying for hosting. How would I know for sure?
March 30, 2017 at 9:25 am #67427Hi Robin,
We are not sure about this. But again this is not a Theme issue. We are supposed to be assisting you in anything related to the WordPress theme that we have sold to you. This is more of a WordPress support request in general or related to installation problems which you can sort it out with your hosting if they have some file permission problem.
Regards,
