Play School Sponsor banner help

How do I make the “sponsor” section a banner at the bottom instead? This section is too small and the images aren’t able to be seen. I posted about this back in January but it was not fixed.

This looks great! Thanks so much. Is there any way to make it easier for us to add photos? Every time I need to add one we get a error message instead and we have to have support add photos. Is there an instructional video?
