Play School admin not displaying properly

Hi,
So I am using WordPress 4.7.2 and I have downloaded and re-downloaded the Play School theme due to issues I am having with editing of the theme and the issue still persists.
What to do, what to do?

Kindly remove the cache of your browser and check again. If you having the issue then send us your WordPress admin details (Username & Password) via sktthemes.net/contact

Hello,

I have another challenge. Instead of the “Friendly Atmosphere” section of the home page to display as expected, it displays with some codes such as:

Codes:
[su_row] [su_column size=”2/5″] [/su_column] [su_column size=”3/5″]
FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE
Maecenas ullamcorper nec ipsum in lacinia
[su_spacer size=”20″]
…
[/su_column] [/su_row]

I look forward to a solution from you guys.
