Hi, I’ve had Photo Dock on my site for more than a year and the testimonials short code was working until a few weeks ago. I have paid for the theme updates, but when I installed the new version it totally jacked up my site. So, I’ve reverted back to the original theme for Photo Dock. Is there a way to use a different shortcode or CSS so the testimonials show correctly on my homepage. The site is https://avividimage.biz/ The shortcode I have on my homepage section 4 is [client-testimonials show=”3″]. Any help you can provide is appreciated.October 23, 2020 at 12:21 pm #167657

Very weird, as it’s in there. Try using caps, as I’ve set it up as SKT as the username. Maybe that’s why it didn’t work.October 27, 2020 at 12:25 pm #167875October 28, 2020 at 1:12 am #167904
Sorry… It’s in there. How about using the email address I set it up under? This should work. firstname.lastname@example.orgOctober 28, 2020 at 1:26 pm #167990
Email address is also not working.

Not sure why it doesn’t work, as it actually let me use the email when I logged in via Opera. Everything I sent you is what’s in the “users” tab. So, I’ve created a new user. The username is TempTest. Email with password is being sent to your support desk. Fingers crossed that this one works. 🙂October 30, 2020 at 12:25 pm #168145
Now username is working. But both password are not working.

Oh my, this is really frustrating! Not your fault… it’s WordPress.com. UGH. I’ve reset the password and tested it. Doesn’t work. Something is wrong with the communication to the server I guess. I will troubleshoot and resend information once it is fixed. Sorry for the hassle for you!October 31, 2020 at 4:46 am #168173
I have simply changed the shortcode to another version to show the testimonials in a different way. It’s fine. Not exactly what I’d had before, but at least it shows properly. I have no idea what is up with the username and password issue with WordPress.com, but thanks anyway.November 2, 2020 at 11:18 am #168203
