Pet Care Header Transparency

Hello, I ordered the Pet Care theme two days ago, and I’m trying to get my header menubar transparent. I’ve tried tweaking the settings of the them, and also custom css, on which I found in this forum, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong here?

Kindly delete cache and do a forced refresh.

To do a forced refresh kindly follow below instructions:

Windows/Linux:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:
1. Hold Shift and click the Reload button.
2. Or, hold down Cmd and Shift key and then press R.
