Q1: total – Subtitles on the picture -how to do that on all the pages with diferent pic along with a contact button?

Q2: from this button it need to open a popup but instead it is send me to this page?

This is done.

If you want to change the text.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Inner Page Header Content >> and change it there.
