Pages are not showing properly when using effects

One of our client who created their website is not showing some of the content properly.
They use a special effect on 2 of their pages and it doesn’t show up in Preview mode but shows properly in Edit Elementor Mode. Not sure if they are using an outside web editor. Need help on this asap
