padding between rows SKT Girlie Pro

Hi,

I just want a simple space top and bottom of all the rows I place (text, gallery etc) of 40px. But it looks like all rows have different extra margin/paddings.

Now im using:
.sktbuilder-block {
padding-top: 0px!important;
padding-bottom: 0px!important;
}

I have set it to 0 but some items seems to have their own padding and have to add custom class etc. Isn’t their a more easy way?
