    Kindly go to Appearance>>Editor>>Style.css

    Add this code in the end of the stylesheet:

    .feature-box span:after{content: none !important;}

    I also wanted to use the same “our sevices” box on another page, but without the “read more” buttons.
    how can I do that?

    Hi Dan,

    You can use 4 column shortcode to make services boxes like homepage. Kindly use plugin Shortcodes Ultimate and use its 4 column shortcode.
