Not sure of my decision to buy skt theme

Hello, I see on the wordpress site that the theme I purchased in good faith, meaning i wasn’t aware it hadn’t been updated for more then two years. Two questions, why does it not activate on selection ? and if it hasn’t been update I request a refund of the purchase price – thank you … Invoice ID: SKTThemes-40450

The pro version is kept updated and working with latest version of WordPress.

We did not get time to update the free version.

We do not process refunds: https://www.sktthemes.org/terms-conditions/ also mentioned in pricing page and ask me anything chat beacon as well.

Ok, maybe I’m sure about my decision now. I have activated the pro version and none of my content has loaded ? is there a how to start guide for this theme. Other themes load my exisiting content, which then requires adjustment. I have none ? thanks for some help

Thanks but I’ve moved on to a theme that loaded the site content without an hour of experimenting to load it. I’ve also learn’t a lesson in paying for your site before being able to try it out.
