No Home Sections in Page Builder

Hi,

I am using HandyMan Pro theme.
Firstly, the demo content doesn’t import correctly (I get a coffee shop type content)
Secondly – when I install SKT Page Builder, there is no option for home sections.

Please can you help fix this?
