    Hi there, I paid for the $69 subscription in Jan this year. When I go to my download page, it says “no downloads available yet”. Is this correct?

    I had previously had 2 email addresses with you ([email protected] and [email protected]). In Jan or Feb we consolidated these to [email protected].

    Today when I logged into my account I had to use [email protected] and I then updated the account logon email to [email protected].

    Can you tell me why there are no downloads available under my account? Does it have to do with removing one of my emails earlier this year?

    I’ve a license for one year of all themes. Where are my downloads now?
