No alt tags in slider and other images

Hello,

Im using the gravido pro theme.
I have uploaded multiple images in the wp media library and added Alt tag to it.

When i select an image for example the slider the alt tag is gone see below for example alt tage = alt=””

the same problem is for images used for the flipboards even when i add it manualy to an flipboard it is removed

i need to add the alt tag for seo is it possible that it not removes the default alt tag or other way to let me add it manualy

small other thing on mobile browsers and microsoft edge there is a white horizontal bar on the slider
and the slider title is Partly visible and slider description is not visible
