No admin bar at top of theme

    When I go to the theme in my localhost in WP, the admin bar that shows up at the top of every other theme, that allows me to edit and customize the site, is not showing up. Can you tell me how I can turn it on so it appears? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Kindly check Users>Profile>Show admin toolbar checkbox is present in your profile page.
