Need to customize products shown on homepage

Theme is natural herbs. Website is kreedbotanicals.com

The homepage only shows certain products, I would like to change which products are shown. It is home section 7 in the customizer.

Kindly use category id to display other product on home page..
ex: I only want to display hoodies and shirts

Im sorry but this does not help me. Please see my homepage https://kreedbotanicals.com. There is no option to input this code on the homepage, I am not able to access it from the pages tab in the wp admin backend. Please tell me exactly how to do it, otherwise please access the backend to put it in for me. Thank you

Kindly Go to Pages >> edit Our Products page >> product shortcode.
