    the main, top navigation menu isn’t active, why would that be? Could you please look into this issue for me as a matter of urgency. Many thanks,

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .page .header, .single .header, .archive .header, .search .header { z-index:999 !important;}
