1. for some reason the facebook link/button won’t link to facebook in
the footer but the header one works and its the same?

2. how do i change the picture of the carpet in the background of
testimonials

Ans: We checked, Both icons are working fine.

2. how do i change the picture of the carpet in the background of testimonials??

Ans: Kindly go to pages >> Home page >> Edit with elementor >> Scroll down to testimonial section >> Click on six dots >> Click on style in left section >> Image >> And change it.
