My Downloads are Empty

Hi, I purchased a Lifetime Membership through Shri for $199 and he assured me it’s lifetime membership (Lifetime Support and Lifetime Access) of which I have the emails as proof.

However, My downloads are empty and I can’t download any theme? Can you please fix this.

We never had any lifetime package on our website so not sure where you checked the same.

Earlier the all themes package used to cost $199 with $39 renewal then $99 per year and now $99 first time with optional manual renewal if needed for $69 every year.

Since you are an earlier customer can offer the all themes package for $69.

I received the email but it shows expires 29 April 2020? Shouldn’t it be Lifetime? Next year this time we will sit with the same problem?
