    I have dowloaded and don’t get a zip file. Now I am getting an error saying I have downloaded this too many times? Can i please get the zip file i need to use what i purchased?

    Hi,

    Kindly do not post on existing topics as others also get the email sent.

    Now for your problem you might have Mac OS and double click on the zip opens it up.
