I had the same problem. I followed your instructions and now the customisation menu does not display properly and is unusable.

We cannot find your order as you did not purchase using this email address. Kindly mention your order number for us to give you re-access to the updated theme.

All you need to do is go to sktthemes.net/my-account/
Login using email id using which you purchased and password.
Click on downloads section in my-account
Download the latest theme.
Activate some other theme and delete the old one.
Upload and activate the new theme.
