    Hi Dave,
    I also have this same problem in the customizer. I”m running a child theme, using the Child Theme Configurator” plugin. Will deleting and reinstalling the Complete Pro themes as you suggested have any effect on the child theme?

    Hi Joel,

    Was your issue resolved? Basically we do not provide child theme because we have added Custom CSS box instead.
