I am having a slightly different – but perhaps similar issue. It’s a different theme, but related. All things being up to date, and in Chrome, Firefox and Explorer, the Customizer options do not display properly. I can’t even tell what they are in order to make changes. Shri has been helping me, but maybe there are some others here who have an idea as well. I don’t want to take up all of his time.

Hi Seth,

Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.
