    How can we edit the language under ‘newsletter sign-up” to read something besides the demo content being used. Also if they sign up are the themes already set up to send latest blog post/new?

    Hi,

    Footer is widgetized. Kindly go to Appearance>>Widget>>Footer Widget

    Drag and drop text widget in footer widget 1,2,3 to remove default widgets.

    Hi,

    You can add title and newsletter code within widget. The one we have in our theme is a dummy HTML.

    Dummy HTML is located in footer.php directly placed in the file.
