    Hi there, I would like to make adjustments to the contact form displayed on this page. Needs to be translated into Dutch and I would like to modify some fields for not showing.
    Can you advise where to go in theme settings?

    I don’t understand this answer. It seems to me the question is about an EXISTING contact form on the homepage. Why are you sending him to add another contact form??
