Missing section from home page

I use the SKT Bakery Pro theme. Section three (3) is blank. The section background color and size is there, but I am unable to get anything to display. I have disabled and re-enabled section as well as removing and re-adding content. Sections one (1) and four (4) which I have enabled to view work correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Add this code there:

.happycustomers { visibility:visible !important;}
