Migrating website from localhost to live hosting SKT charity theme

Hi – I am trying to move my SKT Charity Theme site from the local host server to live hosting. I have moved the files using the wordpress duplicator plugin via filezilla to the correct place on the hosting cpanel. However it is not working and my hosting provider is suggesting there may be something amiss in the files (maybe the .htacess file) and I should get a web developer to check it. Hi it is on a local host server now. When it is live it will be www.StarlightFamily.org It is moving to the live hosting I am having trouble with

Kindly use duplicator plugin which should be good.

There are many other clone WordPress and other plugins if the above does not work.
