Hello, we like the way the websites display on a mobile phone, however, the gold menu disappears too quickly, where it’s impossible to see or click on the links to get to the pages.

    Please advise?  Thank you!

    Heather

    Hi Heather,

Couldn’t understand how gold menu disappears. Can you help us by sending screenshots or may be a screencast or screengrab of how this is happening.

Please mention the android phone and its make with resolution and the browser you use in it. We can then do some real testing also if possible.

    Regards,
    Shri

Hello, I just emailed the screen shot.

To describe exactly what is happening, When I press  “MENU” or the square, the menu rolls down, and then rolls immediately back up.

So, the menu is visible for a half-second or so.

When I try pressing and holding it down, the text “MENU” selects, as if to copy/paste.  Either way, the menu is not workable.

This is a Samsung Galaxy smart phone, using Google Chrome Browser.

Here is the ticket reference:  https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/menu-doesnt-stay-visible-on-android/

Thanks in advance for your response.

    Hi,

We tried to solve your problem but the scripts loading up via footer for the homepage make it impossible for the navigation jquery to work and hence this is the problem.

Since we loaded up the footer in the homepage hence the navigation has become a problem.

Removing the footer solves the problem.

    Regards,
    Shri
