On my website, laurieshort.com, the menu on the top that lists all the other pages has shifted down a lot and towards the center also. It appears that way on all of the pages. Not sure what happened or what changed.

Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box
Add this code there:
.header .header-inner .nav ul li{padding-right:20px !important;}

Thanks so much. Looks perfect! I’m trying to learn more about websites and the code and am curious why the position changed from where it was. Maybe an update that effected it or that code was left out of the update?
