Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.footer-type1 .footercols1 { text-align:center !important;}
#footer .footercols1 h3::after { left:50% !important; transform:translateX(-50%) !important;}
