    Hi There! Is it possible to link a page for each icon under “Our Services”? Also, my Menu bar is not appearing for my phone/tablet view, it only appears in desktop view?

    Ans: Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width:1023px) {
.touchon #topmenu { display: block !important;}
}
