Hi,
I downloaded naturo pro about two days ago and am experiencing a lot of trouble with it. I keep being logged out of my account every 30 seconds, I can’t upload any images (justthe error sign is popping up) and I can’t update any plugins.
Until this is all fixed, I really can’t do anything to my website. Please let me know how I’m supposed to fix this. Thank you!
Hi James,
A WordPress theme never controls your log in etc. So kindly check for any security plugin which logs you out after 30 seconds or may be someone else is logged in from other place and hence you log out.
WordPress theme has nothing to do with this.
