    how to increase the height of the left menu without having a scroll inside, with the theme SKT Black / White?

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    #lens-sidebar { height:auto !important;}
.mCustomScrollBox { overflow: visible !important;}
.navig-area { max-height:inherit !important;}
#lensmenu ul li a { padding:15px 10px 15px 20px !important;}
