Kraft Theme, page's autor, tags on a page

I bought from you “Theme SKT Kraft.” Created pages do not display the author of page (I selected the “author” in the “Screen Options”).

I installed the plug “Page Tagger” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-tagger/) but it doasn’t work correctly: not displaying tags on a page (I chose the “Tags” in the Screen Options).

I am not sure where you want this. Do you want this in Blog page. Kindly post the exact URL. I think it should be coded within blog to show the tags.

Dashboard >> Pages >> Add page…
…here I add text, tags and author. Publish.

For example page: www.sofia.com.pl/produkty/btsr/

There is a text, but there is no author and tags.

Yes on pages it doesn’t show tags and author. Only on blog post it shows tags and author.
