Kraft Pro Theme – Testimonials section

Hello, I am trying to delete Testimonials section that appears on every page and also contact form, also is it possible to change the background colour on every page, it is set at the blue i am using in that section, but difficult to read.
Can’t see where i delete these would have thought it would be in widgets or menu section but can’t see it. Thanks

Kindly go to Appereance>>Widget>>Sidebar Main

Drag and drop blank text widget to remove default widgets.

For the background colors: Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting

Thank you that solved the widget problem, still don’t see where i change the colour on background on pages, going to basic settings but don’t know which to change, not clear. will have another look
