Issue with the menu bar

Hello!
First of all thank your for creating such awesome themes, hands down best themes out there and that’s why I purchased the pro copy “Skt full width” to have a full option theme. Since I purchased the theme which I’m using on two of my own websites I had no problem at all. However two days ago my users started to contact me to inform me that the main menu bar disappears in no time once they access the website from their smartphones. So please could check out urgently this issue and get back to me. With regards.
