Hi,
We have installed the Drop uploader plugin on our client’s website: https://www.copiaclip.com
This website uses SKT Juice theme and Woocommerce. This plugin allows customers to upload files when purchasing a custom product. Info about this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-drop-uploader-dragdrop-file-uploader-addon/22463103?_ga=2.143467573.1846313719.1597846855-2133720083.1597224554
We have encountered a problem when uploading the files. The file seems to upload correctly, the thumbnail appears, but the message “please wait, files are uploading” also appears and it stays like this without doing anything.
for example: https://www.copiaclip.com/botiga/gran-format/roll-up-display-100x200cm/
We have consulted the creator of the plugin about this problem. He has confirmed to us that it is a problem with the theme. Here you can see his answer: https://borisolhor.com/forums/topic/some-questions-and-issues/
Please, can you review this issue and solve it? I have sent the access data through the contact form.
Thank you very much for your help!

BradAugust 20, 2020 at 11:26 pm #159679Hi,
This problem happens on all woocommerce product pages. In all products we add the option that the client can upload a file in pdf or jpg format.
You can carry out the tests, for example in: https://www.copiaclip.com/es/botiga/gran-format/roll-up-display-100x200cm/
In the product tabs, there is one to the right with the title “Sube tu diseño” (upload your design). Here you can select a file in pdf or jpg format and upload it.
Do the test. Try uploading a file. The file seems to upload correctly, the thumbnail appears, but the message “please wait, files are uploading” also appears and it stays like this without doing anything.
We first consult the creator of the plugin. After accessing and performing several tests, he confirmed that it was a theme problem.
I hope you can find the solution to this problem. Thank you very much for the help.

We need it to work properly since the online store depends on customers being able to upload their designs. Our client is pressing us on this issue.
Please can you review it and find out what causes the problem and how to fix it?

Kindly check this topic: https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/only-1-of-3-columns-visible/#post-159925
And see if this resolves your issue.

ShriAugust 25, 2020 at 1:06 pm #159947Hi Shri,
I have installed and activated the indicated plugin. Wocoomerce and the rest of the plugins are updated to the latest version, woocommerce database is updated… but the problem persists.
The creator of the Drop Uploader plugin agreed and was conducting tests. Installed the Storefront theme and verified that this theme works correctly. This indicates that it must be a problem with the SKT Juice theme.
It is very important that buyers can upload files when making purchases as these are personalized products and require the customer to attach the design at the time of ordering.
If the compatibility problem between the plugin and the theme cannot be solved, can you tell me another plugin that allows buyers to attach files in pdf or jpg format to the order?
Thank you very much!
