Issue with META TAGS

Hi,
i made my front page as a static page, i’m using the design agency theme.
Now the title and descriptions tags are being picked up from the page which i assign as the front page. I put the blog page as the front page and now all the tags showing for my homepage are from the latest blog i upload.

Yes so what is the problem in this?

You can use Yoast SEO and use meta from page which you assign as front page or else keep home as it is via settings>readings>your latest posts

and then get the meta done via yoast SEO settings.

the problem is that which ever page i choose to use as a static page for the front page. automatically the meta tags for that page get associated with the front page, thats not what i want.How can this be fixed.

Yes that is correct and that is what is supposed to be.

So kindly correct meta tag for the page whichever you select as static page. Each page meta can also be changed by going to pages>edit that particular page and below you will find the meta description etc.
