I have to repost this because nobody is caring of giving me an answer in the previous thread.
I did what support asked below:
“Kindly ask your host to change these settings:
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000
and confirm here : http://lostpictures.co.uk/phpinfo.php
after done the changes in host settings, open above url and find max_execution_time and check max_execution_time = 300. If it’s showing max_execution_time = 300 than go and import slider xml

Hi I had the host changing those details, and verified at phpinfo. But I still get the same Invalid XML file error as I try to upload the xml file.
Still getting same error.
Never had so many problems with a theme even before installation.
This is done. Kindly check and confirm
