    I downloaded and installed the theme onto my wordpress site though I still can’t edit the pages through HTML. I also can’t upload any media with the media botton – all the options are grayed out!

    I payed for the premium theme for those reasons, so please help me get these functions open. I sent an email though there has been no response.

    I figured it out. just exit chrome or web browser. sign in incognito or turn off pc. and sign in again to wordpress. worked for me 🙂
